Terms of Service

Garage Master Pro is garage management software covering booking diaries, customers and vehicles, quotations and invoicing, parts and inventory, accounting, and reporting. The base package — everything built into the app today — is free, with no subscription fee, hidden charges, or trial period.

We're actively developing the app. Features may be added, changed, or occasionally removed, and if that ever affects something you rely on, we'll do our best to give you notice.

Creating an account requires submitting a short application about your garage. We review new applications manually before granting full access; we may decline an application at our discretion, for example if the details provided don't look genuine. You're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity that happens under your account.

Any customer, vehicle, job, quotation and invoice data you enter into Garage Master Pro remains yours. Where that data includes personal information about your own customers, you are the data controller for it and are responsible for having a lawful basis to hold and process it — we simply store and process it on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, including invoice and VAT details, and for keeping your own backups if that matters to your business.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Attempt to access another garage's data, or any part of the system you're not authorised to use.
• Interfere with the normal operation of the app, including attempting to disrupt or overload it.
• Submit false information in a business application to gain access.

We aim to keep Garage Master Pro available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access — the app may be unavailable occasionally for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control. We'd recommend not relying on it as your sole record for anything business-critical without your own backup process.

You can stop using Garage Master Pro at any time; contact us if you'd like your account and data removed. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, misuses the service, or where we're required to by law, and we'll try to give you notice and a chance to resolve the issue first where reasonably possible.

Garage Master Pro is provided on an "as is" basis. While we take reasonable care in building and running it, we don't promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we don't provide financial, tax, or legal advice — figures like VAT calculations are provided as a convenience and you're responsible for checking they're correct for your business.

To the extent permitted by law, Garage Master Pro is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app, such as lost profits or lost business opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes will be handled by the Irish courts, without prejudice to any statutory rights you may have in your own country.

We may update these terms from time to time as the app evolves. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do, and for significant changes we'll try to let you know directly.
